Why We Put Sunflower Seeds In Our Blend

When creating the recipe for the Empower Bar, each ingredient was selected with intention. There is a reason why sunflower seeds made the cut! They are an excellent source of vitamins and minerals such as vitamin E, vitamin B1, copper, manganese, selenium, and folate. Sunflower seed specific benefits include disease prevention, improved thyroid function, healthy skin, and of course, blood sugar balance! The name of our game.
